Recovering account access and contacting support

Steps to take if you cannot sign in, no longer have access to your email, or need help with a product issue.

Last updated

When you need this

  • You cannot access your account.
  • You need help with a verification, wallet or app issue.

Before you start

  • Use the official Fundsverse app or website.
  • Fundsverse support will not need your password or one-time verification code.

Step-by-step

  1. Use the account recovery or password reset option shown in the official app, if available.
  2. Check the inbox and spam folder for messages sent to your registered email.
  3. If you no longer control the email address or recovery is unavailable, contact Fundsverse through /contact or hello@fundsverse.co.
  4. Describe the problem and include non-sensitive details such as the screen name, approximate time and transaction reference if relevant.
  5. Wait for support guidance before repeating a financial transaction or sharing additional personal information.

What the app is doing

Account recovery may require checks to help confirm that the person asking for help is the account holder. Do not share passwords, full BVN, card details, private keys or one-time codes in an email or support message.

Common questions

Can support reset my password by email?

Use the official recovery process shown in the app. Support can guide you, but should not ask for your password or security code.

What should I include in a support request?

Explain what happened, when, and what you already tried. Include a transaction reference if relevant, but omit secret credentials and unnecessary sensitive data.

Troubleshooting

  • Check that you are using the registered email and official app.
  • If recovery messages do not arrive, check spam and contact support.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support promptly and secure your email account as well.
